I took half of one, I didn't feel anything after about 45 minutes. I took the other half and felt wonderful. I have back issues and it helped me be able to move. It didn't take the pain away completely, but the relaxation made the pain less and easier to deal with. I would like to try it again, but it was out of stock. Thank you.
